Over Esther Hertog

Mijn naam is Esther Hertog, ook bekend als de Flying AcroYogi. Ik ben een ervaren AcroYoga-docent met een achtergrond in acrobatiek en yoga. Ik deel graag het plezier van AcroYoga, vooral met gezinnen. Ik geloof dat iederéén kan vliegen!

In mijn workshops krijg je heldere en speelse aanwijzingen om je voor te bereiden op veilig basen, vliegen en vangen. Sinds 2011 ben ik gespecialiseerd in het geven van Family AcroYoga-workshops, voor ouders en kinderen, waarin we bouwen aan saamhorigheid, vertrouwen en een hechte band met elkaar.

Skills
Als gecertificeerd AcroYoga International docent, Vinyasa yogadocent, kinderyoga docent en acrobatiekdocent breng ik uitgebreide expertise en ervaring naar elke les.
Ik ben medeoprichter van Family AcroYoga International en sinds 2017 bieden we internationale Family AcroYoga docentenopleidingen aan met als doel het creëren van verbinding tussen volwassenen en kinderen door middel van beweging, speelsheid, positieve communicatie en plezier.
Daarnaast organiseer ik mede Paascroyoga, het langstlopende AcroYoga-festival in Nederland (en mogelijk Europa!).

Meertalige Lessen
Ik geef les in het Engels, Nederlands, Hebreeuws en evt met handen en voeten!

My name is Esther Hertog, also known as the Flying AcroYogi. I am an experienced AcroYoga teacher with a background in acrobatics and yoga. I love sharing the joy of AcroYoga, especially with families. I strongly believe that everyone can fly!

My workshops provide clear, fun, and safe instructions to help you base, fly, and spot with confidence.
Since 2011 I have created special Family AcroYoga workshops for parents & kids in which we develop serious playfulness, trust and bonding.

Skills
As a certified AcroYoga International teacher, Vinyasa yoga teacher, kids yoga teacher and an Acrobatics teacher, I bring extensive expertise and experience to each class.
I am the co-founder of Family AcroYoga International and since 2017, we’ve been offering international Family AcroYoga teacher trainings with the aim to create bonding between adults and children through movement, playfulness, positive communication and joy.
Additionally, I co-organize Paascroyoga, the oldest running AcroYoga festival in the Netherlands (and possibly Europe!).

Multilingual Classes
I teach in English, Dutch, Hebrew and sometimes with hands and feet!
